The National Identification Agency (NIDA) proudly emerged as the Best Overall Exhibitor at Expo 2025, bringing home the coveted trophy in recognition of its impactful participation.

At this year’s expo, NIDA showcased the Single Digital Identity (SDID) initiative, introducing its Phase One: Pre-Enrolment. Through this service, attendees were supported to analyse and verify their personal data before completing the pre-enrolment process.

In addition to the SDID pre-enrolment exercise, NIDA also provided its daily essential services at the stand. Visitors had access to:

• ID replacement

• ID correction

• Re-biometric capture (Re-bio)

The engagement and responsiveness of the NIDA team attracted thousands of visitors, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to delivering accessible, efficient, and citizen-centered services.

Being awarded the trophy as the best exhibitor is a significant milestone that highlights the agency’s role in driving Rwanda’s digital transformation agenda and enhancing service delivery to citizens.

This achievement motivates NIDA to continue innovating and working towards a future where a Single Digital Identity empowers every Rwandan to access services with ease and efficiency.
