How the Registration is done
Registration is carried out at health facility where the birth occurred. In case a birth was not registered within the 30 days prescribed by Law; the late or delayed registration of the citizen is conducted at the Sector of residence and requires providing supporting documents.
- Birth certificate issued by the doctor at the place of birth for the birth occurred in health facility;
- Witnesses and a letter for Executive Secretary of the cell testifying the birth, when the birth occurred in community.
